Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless systemproluxis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect

Force Majeure

systemproluxis shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and systemproluxis regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
